Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud business solutions.

- Build and maintain Omni-Channel functionality, including routing, capacity, and presence management.

- Develop scalable, maintainable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.

- Maintain or enhance existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed.

- Develop custom objects and work within the Salesforce development workplace.

- Write and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries.

- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

- Support integrations involving telephony or CTI, external SaaS platforms, and AppExchange applications where applicable.

- Use Git and Salesforce CI/CD practices to support deployment and migration processes.

- Execute development work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and technical teams.

- Communicate technical status, risks, decisions, and implementation details clearly.
