Key Responsibilities:

- Provide end to end administration and support for Mac OS devices across the enterprise workplace
- Manage device provisioning configuration software deployment patch management and policy enforcement using JAMF Pro Casper Suite
- Troubleshoot and resolve Mac OS hardware software security and connectivity issues within defined SLAs
- Perform system upgrades OS migrations inventory management and compliance monitoring activities
- Support end users with Mac specific applications peripherals VPN email and collaboration tools

Technical Requirements:

- Experience in Mac OS Administration and Support
- Hands on experience with JAMF Pro Casper Suite for device management and automation
- Strong understanding of macOS administration troubleshooting and security best practices




- Experience with application packaging software deployment patching and endpoint management
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager ABM device enrollment and mobile device management MDM concepts
- Familiarity with scripting technologies such as Bash Shell or Python for automation tasks
- Understanding of identity and access management tools such as Azure AD Okta or Active Directory
