Experience: Overall should be 4- 6+ years
CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA
Role: SAP PP with APO Planning

MUST-HAVE SKILLS / MANDATE CRITERIA

- 4–6+ years of relevant SAP experience

- 1-2 S/4HANA PP implementation projects

- 1-2 S/4HANA IBP/APO implementation projects

- 2-4 ECC implementations

- Minimum 1 Global Template Rollout experience

- Robust hands-on experience in SAP PP and APO Planning

- Experience across implementation/rollout lifecycle

- Presales and bid support

- Fit-Gap Analysis & Business Process Blueprinting

- Demo preparation and customer demonstrations

- Training and knowledge sharing

- Creation of implementation/rollout accelerators

- POCs and competency-building initiatives

- Sales collateral and solution documentation

- Innovation and concept projects

- Spot consulting and customer troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

- Execute/lead SAP PP solutioning,



configuration and rollout activities

- Participate in bids and presales including scope, solutioning, demos and effort estimation

- Lead/execute Fit-Gap Analysis and Business Process Blueprinting

- Support global template development and rollout initiatives

- Create and deliver demos, training and knowledge-sharing sessions

- Support configuration, functional specifications, data cleansing, data migration and testing

- Participate in cutover, go-live and post-implementation support

- Troubleshoot functional/process issues and provide spot consulting

- Contribute to POCs, accelerators, innovation and study/concept projects

- Support authorization and organizational change management (OCM) activities
