We’re looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive who can own the sales journey end-to-end — from cold calling and lead generation to bringing prospects into video meetings and closing clients.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ B2B or B2C sales experience
✅ Proven experience selling a product or service
✅ End-to-end sales experience
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Strong presentation and client-facing skills
✅ Cold calling experience is highly preferred
✅ Smart, proactive and target-oriented approach
✅ Experience in Civil, Manufacturing or related industries is a strong plus

What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach
• Identify and qualify potential clients
• Schedule and conduct client/video meetings
• Present solutions effectively to prospects
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Build and maintain robust client relationships
