About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling global executive search and talent advisory firm, we specialize in placing C-suite and senior leadership talent across emerging markets—with a strategic focus on mining, commodities, and natural resources sectors. Our clients include top-tier mining majors, exploration firms, and government-backed mineral development agencies across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. We’re building a high-performance Gold Operations function to drive excellence in our core vertical—where precision, geopolitical insight, and deep sector knowledge fuel client success.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Gold Operations strategy—managing execution, client delivery, and talent sourcing across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee a team of senior consultants and researchers focused exclusively on gold mining, exploration, and processing leadership placements.
- Develop and maintain sector-specific intelligence dashboards tracking project pipelines, talent availability, and regulatory shifts across key gold-producing regions.
- Partner with global leadership to scale Gold vertical KPIs:



client retention, placement velocity, and candidate quality benchmarks.
- Define operational playbooks for high-impact searches—from junior geologists to CFOs of mid-tier gold producers—ensuring consistency and speed.
- Represent the firm at major mining conferences and industry roundtables to deepen sector credibility and source passive talent.
