We are looking for a Senior Specialist – IT Digital Workplace with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, Windows Endpoint Management, Windows Deployment, Autopilot, and Endpoint Security. The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise endpoint environments, Windows deployments, security compliance, application packaging, and modern workplace technologies.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to work in an enterprise/global IT workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer Microsoft Intune, including tenant administration, device enrollment, configuration policies, compliance, governance, reporting, and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Manage and maintain Windows 10/11 endpoints, including patching, feature updates, security baselines, configuration, and compliance.
- Implement and support Windows Autopilot for enterprise device provisioning and deployment.
- Manage endpoint security technologies including BitLocker, LAPS, TPM, UEFI/BIOS, and Microsoft security baselines.
- Package, test, validate, and deploy enterprise applications using MSI, EXE, PowerShell, and Intune deployment standards.
- Plan and manage Windows upgrades, feature updates, and update rings, ensuring deployment readiness and compliance.
- Administer and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including image management and user experience.
- Support FSLogix and troubleshoot profile/session-related issues in AVD environments.
- Support endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, configuration, compliance, remediation, and retirement.
- Troubleshoot complex Windows, Intune, application deployment, enrollment, and endpoint security issues.
- Support global Digital Workplace projects, major incidents, and participate in on-call support rotations.




- Drive Evergreen and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and adopting new Workplace technologies.
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and policies.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- 6–12 years of relevant IT experience in enterprise Digital Workplace, EUC, Endpoint Management, or Windows Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune infrastructure and administration.
- Proven experience managing enterprise Windows endpoint environments.
- Experience with device provisioning, deployment, patching, security, and compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications/training in Intune, Modern Desktop, MECM/SCCM, or related technologies will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with strong experience in Intune + Windows Autopilot + Windows Endpoint Management + Entra ID + PowerShell + Endpoint Security will be preferred. Experience in AVD, FSLogix, and MECM/SCCM will be an added advantage.
