Key Responsibilities: ● Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to address their inquiries and concerns. ● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. ● Identify customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs. ● Provide product information and technical support to customers. ● Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. ● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities. ● Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets. ● Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
