Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB platform.
Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
Ensure CMDB health through data governance, reconciliation, normalization, and lifecycle management.
Develop and automate CMDB data ingestion processes using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and custom integrations.
Identify and remediate data quality issues, duplicate CIs, stale records, and relationship inconsistencies.
Define and maintain CI classes, identification and reconciliation rules (IRE), and data governance policies.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, and Application teams to onboard and maintain configuration items.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs related to CMDB accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and operational excellence initiatives.
Automate CMDB maintenance and operational processes using ServiceNow workflows and scripting.
