We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise microservices applications hosted on cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will ensure high availability, fast incident resolution, and smooth operational stability across our Oracle/MySQL databases and AWS Kubernetes environments.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

- Core Technology: Strong hands-on experience with Java for application-level troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Architecture: In-depth understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Containerization & Cloud: Experience managing and supporting applications on Kubernetes (K8s) and AWS.
- Databases: Proficient in Oracle or MySQL (writing complex SQL queries, analyzing performance issues).
- Environment: Proven track record in a fast-paced Production Support workplace with strict SLA requirements.
