Key Responsibilities

ITSM Application Development

- Develop and customize ITSM applications, modules, and workflows.
- Configure forms, business rules, notifications, service catalogs, and approval processes.
- Implement enhancements based on business and operational requirements.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Workflow Automation

- Develop automated workflows for Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management processes.
- Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Create reusable scripts and components to streamline service delivery.

Integration & Development

- Build integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Support data migration and synchronization activities.
- Develop custom APIs, connectors,



and automation scripts.

Production Support

- Troubleshoot and resolve application and platform issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Support platform upgrades and release deployments.
- Monitor system health and performance.

Collaboration

- Work closely with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, Administrators, and Stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
