Job Description:
- Gather, analyze and document complex business requirements and processes.
- Create BRDs and support solution design and implementation with Business and Technology teams.
- Perform process mapping, simplification and standardization.
- Support development of policies, procedures and process documentation.
- Define RACI, roles and responsibilities across global stakeholders.
- Work closely with CIB, Risk, Compliance and Control Functions.
- Support Agile delivery, multiple releases, IT coordination and UAT activities.
- Manage stakeholder requirements and build solid relationships across Business and Technology teams.
