Position: Application Engineer – SOLIDWORKS Location: Cochin and Coimbatore
CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA
Experience: Min 2+ years of experience in SOLIDWORKS
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical / Automotive Key Responsibilities
* Conduct proactive customer visits to understand SOLIDWORKS usage and plan improvement activities
* Build and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction with services
* Recommend best practices, guidelines & technical solutions for productivity improvement
* Coordinate with post-sales & training teams to address customer requirements
* Conduct technical webinars on specialized SOLIDWORKS modeling topics
* Plan and execute customer-focused technical initiatives
* Analyze and resolve SOLIDWORKS-related issues impacting subscription (AMC)
* Create technical blogs, articles & screen-recorded videos for marketing use




* Provide technical support via phone/email when required
* Execute OEM (Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS) assigned technical activities
* Achieve SOLIDWORKS certifications (CSWP/CSWE) within timeline
* Update daily activities in VTIGER CRM Ideal Candidate
* Strong understanding of mechanical CAD & engineering design processes
* Industry exposure in product design / tooling / industrial design preferred
* Excellent communication, presentation & customer handling skills
* Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving ability
* SOLIDWORKS Certification (CSWP / CSWE) is a plus
* Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid driving license
