Paytm is hiring for the role of Product Design Intern!

Responsibilities of the Intern:

- Work on product flows, user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Understand user needs and translate them into explicit design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers.
- Create interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder reviews.
- Contribute to UX research insights, competitor analysis, and usability improvements.
- Design experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and scalable.
- Use design systems to maintain consistency across products.
- Take feedback, iterate fast, and improve design quality with every round.

Requirements:

- Final-year student pursuing a degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.




- Strong UX fundamentals and product thinking.
- Good visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand problems, explore alternatives, and clearly explain design decisions.
- Understanding of user flows, interaction patterns, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design tools with an understanding of design systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools as part of the design workflow.
- Curiosity, ownership, and openness to feedback.
- A portfolio with strong case studies or UX explorations that demonstrate your process and thinking.
