• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
• Experience working with US clients
• Solid knowledge of invoicing, cash application & collections
• Hands-on experience with AR aging & reconciliations
• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve payment discrepancies
• Experience with QuickBooks / NetSuite / Sage is preferred
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
