Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Analyst / Consultant with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can understand business requirement.

Lead a team 2-3 people.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, developing dashboards and reports, and generating actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Experience in credit card acquisition, customer onboarding, banking analytics will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- - Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and MIS reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions and performance metrics.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Track and analyze key business KPIs,



identify deviations, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
- Work closely with business, product, operations, and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve existing analytical processes.
- Lead a team of 2-3 people.
