About the Role

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and ambitious Finance Manager who can take ownership of our finance function. The ideal candidate must have experience in IT/technology sales or IT services and possess a strong commercial mindset beyond traditional accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance, accounting, MIS, cash flow, receivables, payables, and financial reporting.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial models, and management reports.
- Work closely with Sales & Business Development teams on pricing, margins, commissions, deal profitability, and commercial decisions.
- Track revenue, project profitability, collections, expenses, and key financial KPIs.
- Ensure statutory compliance, audits, taxation, and solid financial controls.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, process improvement, and finance automation.
- Support business expansion, new markets, investments, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop and drive the companys overall financial strategy and long-term financial planning .
- Partner with the Founder/CEO on business strategy, expansion, investments, and growth decisions .
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate new markets, business opportunities, major contracts, and investments from a financial perspective.
- Establish scalable financial systems, controls, MIS, and governance as the company grows.




- Take ownership of financial risk management, working capital, and business performance .
- Progressively build and lead the finance team and function toward a CFO-level role .

Requirements

- 4-7 years of experience in Finance, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, Technology, or IT Sales.
- Mandatory experience with a technology/IT sales business .
- Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, MIS, and financial analysis.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/accounting software skills.
- CA / CMA / ACCA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially driven, proactive, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
- High-growth mindset with the ambition to progress into a CFO role.
