Role & responsibilities

- Conduct engaging, interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually.

- Deliver workshops focused on soft skills, communication, leadership fundamentals, and core organizational competencies.

- Design and develop contemporary, creative training modules, storyboards, reference guides, and multimedia learning aids.

- Curate and maintain the internal Learning Management System (LMS) database, ensuring content remains fresh, accurate, and accessible.

- Deploy evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and business impact.

- Gather data-driven feedback to continuously refine and iterate on training curriculam.

Minimum Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, L&D; Coordinator, or a similar HR-adjacent role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently command a room.
- Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience managing modern LMS platforms and e-learning creation tools.
- Methodology: Basic understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
