Manage end-to-end generalist HR operations,recruitment, on boarding & manpower planning across all department
Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and manage all statutory compliances
Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance & leave management

Required Candidate profile

Hands-on experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the automobile sector
Thorough practical knowledge of statutory compliances and well-versed with the Labor Codes.
Hands-on experience in PMS
