We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Work From Home process. Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits

For Freshers

- 16,000 CTC

For Candidates with 1+ Year Experience

- Up to 19,000 CTC

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through the voice process
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards

Working Hours





- 6 Days Working / 1 Weekly Rotational Off
- 9 Hours Shift (8 Hours Working + 1 Hour Break)
- Shift Window: 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM
- Candidates must be versatile for rotational shifts, including occasional graveyard shift in training and during Occasions / Festivals.
