Role & responsibilities
Recruitment for ( Indian IT market) for both permanent and contract to hire.
Source and validate the candidate as per JD received from multiple sources like Job Portals / references / social media .
Client SPOC handling , requirement management .
Ability to understanding the JD and skills mentioned in JD is must have.
Need to submit only quality CVs to all our premium clients that we work for.
Headhunting and searching the CVs from alternate sourcing medium like LinkedIn and X-ray search.
must be a team player and in a competitive setting where monthly and quarterly targets on recruitment will be there.
Go-getter attitude
Preferred candidate profile
Must be minimum a Graduate ( BE & B.tech/ BCA / MCA / MBA will be preferred but not mandatory )
Excellent communicator in English
Should be comfortable and willing to work from office
