Role & responsibilities

- Own and drive overall Business Loan business, revenue and disbursement targets for the assigned cluster.
- Manage and mentor 4-6 City Heads and ensure achievement of city-wise business targets.
- Develop and execute cluster-level sales and channel strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive acquisition through channel partners, DSAs, FOS teams and other distribution channels.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market coverage and strengthen existing channels.
- Monitor city-wise performance, productivity, conversion, sourcing and disbursement metrics.
- Ensure effective team hiring, manpower planning, training and performance management across the cluster.
- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations, Product and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business execution.
- Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring adherence to credit policies, process guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer/business drivers to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with City Heads and drive corrective actions wherever required.




- Build strong relationships with key channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure effective implementation of company initiatives, products and processes across the cluster.
- Provide regular business updates, forecasts and market feedback to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 714 years of experience in Business Loans / SME Lending / Banking / NBFC / Fintech or related financial services.
- Proven experience in leading large sales teams and multiple locations/geographies.
- Prior experience managing City/Regional Heads or equivalent leadership roles will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Business Loan sales, channel management, sourcing and distribution.
- Robust business acumen with the ability to drive revenue and achieve aggressive targets.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and people-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned cluster.
