- REST/SOAP Integrations
- ITSM fundamentals (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in ITOM Discovery and Event Management.

Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping.

MID Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Experience integrating monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, or Azure Monitor.

- Solid scripting and development skills on the ServiceNow platform





Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
