Key Responsibilities

- Define enterprise-wide test automation and quality engineering strategy aligned with organizational goals, scalability requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive adoption of automation-first and shift-left testing approaches across projects ensuring early defect detection and improved quality.
- Establish standards, governance models, frameworks, and best practices for SDET teams across multiple programs.
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams delivering scalable, high-quality automation solutions across platforms.
- Define, track, and improve KPIs and quality metrics related to automation coverage, defect leakage, and release quality.
- Drive innovation in test automation includes AI/ML-based testing, self-healing frameworks, and advanced analytics.
- Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and direction to engineering teams fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
