Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate the installation of false ceilings, plastering, and other interior finishes in high-rise buildings.
- Oversee site execution of interior works, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (preferably in real estate construction).
- Robust knowledge of interior finishing techniques for high-rise buildings (false ceilings, plastering).
- Proven track record in managing complex projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
