We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage our manufacturing / fabrication operations. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge, hands-on shop-floor experience, and the ability to drive productivity, quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within planned timelines and costs.
* Manage manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules effectively.
* Monitor production processes and improve productivity and operational efficiency.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
* Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase
