Job Summary

Xziant Communication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate SEO Trainer who can train and mentor candidates in Search Engine Optimization through practical, industry-oriented learning. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO and be able to explain concepts clearly while providing real-world examples and practical assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on SEO fundamentals, advanced SEO strategies, and industry best practices.
- Train candidates on On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Explain keyword research, keyword mapping, search intent, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
- Provide practical training on Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Keyword Planner, and other SEO tools.
- Train candidates on technical SEO concepts, including website structure, crawling, indexing, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and Core Web Vitals.
- Cover link-building strategies, backlink analysis, local SEO, and SEO audits.
- Train candidates on content SEO and optimization strategies aligned with search intent and search engine guidelines.
- Explain SEO reporting, performance tracking, traffic analysis, rankings, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct practical assignments, projects, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Monitor learner performance and provide constructive feedback.




- Keep training content updated according to the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO industry trends.
- Help learners understand how to develop and execute an SEO strategy for real-world websites.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Good understanding of Google Search Console and GA4.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, technical audits, and content optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong mentoring and classroom/training skills.

Eligibility

- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience as an SEO Trainer, Digital Marketing Trainer, SEO Specialist, SEO Executive, or Digital Marketing Professional are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant certifications in SEO/Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
