Job Summary

Ipsaa Holdings Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Center In-Charge / Center Manager/ Mentors to manage the overall operations and growth of our preschool and daycare center.

The ideal candidate should be a people-oriented leader who can effectively manage a team, maintain high service standards, build strong parent relationships, and achieve center-level business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the center team effectively.
- Handle parent communication and resolve queries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure child safety, hygiene, and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Support admissions, customer retention, and achievement of center business targets.




- Coordinate with management and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Be flexible to travel to and visit any IPSAA center across Delhi NCR as and when required by the management.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1- 3 years of relevant experience in preschool, daycare, education, retail, hospitality, branch operations, customer service, sales, or center management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle parents and staff professionally.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and result-oriented approach.
- Valuable administrative and organizational skills.
