Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team in Noida.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Sales and should have good knowledge of property sales, lead generation, client handling, site visits and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

•Generate and manage leads for real estate projects.
• Contact potential customers and understand their property requirements.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for clients.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.




• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales.
• Keep updated with current real estate market trends, projects and pricing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Robust negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of the real estate/property market.
• Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to generate and convert leads into successful sales.
• Candidates with proven experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
