Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals, work on direct client requirements for BFSI and other clients.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and networking channels to build talent pipelines.
- Conduct candidate qualification calls, technical screening, and interview coordination.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Maintain compliance with client hiring processes and documentation requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong database of IT talent across the US market.

Required Skills

- 3 to 8 years of US Staffing experience with a focus on technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology.
- Experience working with W2 hiring models.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication,sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
