Customer Relationship Manager

Location: Delhi

Role:

- Handle customer delivery, KYC, onboarding and activation of pre-booked leads.
- Provide product demos and explain Forex Card and related travel products.
- Cross-sell International Travel Insurance, E-SIM, Forex Cash, etc.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate for issue escalation.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any stream.
- 03 years of experience in customer service/sales.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & local language.
- Presentable with positive interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the city.
