About the Role

We are looking for an International Sales Executive to join a fast-growing global careers and talent mobility business.

The role involves connecting with nurses, healthcare professionals and other qualified candidates exploring international career opportunities. You will understand their career goals, explain suitable overseas career pathways and convert qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective candidates interested in international jobs and overseas careers.
- Understand candidate qualifications, experience, career goals and preferred destinations.
- Explain international career opportunities, eligibility and the overall process.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and drive lead conversion.
- Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Handle objections related to opportunities, process, timelines and investment.




- Build strong candidate relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details accurately in CRM.
- Coordinate with counselling, recruitment and operations teams for smooth candidate movement.

Candidate Profile

- 1+ year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Counselling or Customer Acquisition.
- Candidates from International Sales, Overseas Education, Immigration, Recruitment, Healthcare Sales or EdTech backgrounds preferred.
- Experience handling nurses, healthcare professionals or international recruitment leads is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, objection handling and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven B2C sales environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
