SD Industries is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to recruit engineering, manufacturing, construction, industrial, and skilled-trade professionals.

Key responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and recruit qualified technical candidates
2. Review technical résumés and assess relevant experience
3. Recruit mechanical engineers, plant personnel, welders, fabricators, installers, HVAC personnel, field employees, and other skilled trades
4. Coordinate closely with technical hiring managers
5. Maintain an organized and responsive recruitment process

Required qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
2. MBA specializing in Human Resources or Human Resource Management
3. Demonstrated non-IT technical recruitment experience, specifically in construction.
4.



Solid written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to independently understand technical job descriptions and evaluate candidates

Preferred qualifications:

1. B.E., B.Tech., or another technical/engineering qualification
2. Mechanical Engineering background
3. Recruitment experience in manufacturing, construction, oil and gas, refinery, HVAC, or industrial operations
4. CAT percentile of 75 or higher
