Job Title: Site Engineer (Candidates having experience in handling luxury projects only will be entertained)

Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 8-12 years as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction.
- A bachelors degree or diploma in Civil engineering will be preferred.
- Prior experience of working in a PMC.
- Solid understanding of construction procedures and material management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle site exceution with timeline/deadline.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Experience in handling high end luxury civil and interior projects.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, architectural drawings, layout plans and construction documents.
- Experience in labour and vendor management.
- Problem solving skills and positive attitude
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Delhi NCR
