Role Overview: We are hiring for an International Blended Process (Chat + Voice) to support travel-related queries for American Airlines customers. The role requires excellent communication skills and prior experience in international customer support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months experience in:
- International Chat / Voice Process
- Travel Process (preferred)
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Must be an immediate joiner
