We are looking for a Software Engineer C++ with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in modern C++, Linux-based systems, and trading or financial technology.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multithreading, concurrency, networking, and performance optimization, with an interest in building reliable, scalable, and high-performance trading platforms.

You will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to design, develop, optimize, and maintain production-grade systems supporting areas such as market data, order flow, risk management, and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for trading systems.
- Develop and optimize software running in Linux-based production environments.
- Design and implement multi-threaded and concurrent systems with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the architecture and development of trading-system components, including:
- Market data processing
- Order management and order flow
- Risk management
- Exchange/connectivity components

- Develop and maintain networked applications using TCP and UDP protocols.
- Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for latency reduction, throughput improvement, and resource optimization.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production and system-level issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following established engineering practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design reviews.
- Use Git for source control and collaborative development.
- Configure and maintain build environments using CMake.
- Work with PostgreSQL, including writing and optimizing SQL queries where required.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3-4 years of professional hands-on experience in modern C++.
- Strong programming and debugging skills in C++.
- Strong experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Practical experience with multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and inter-thread communication.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP and UDP networking.
- Experience developing software for trading, financial, brokerage, exchange, or other market-related systems.
- Good understanding of performance, scalability, reliability, and resource management in production systems.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Proficiency with Git and CMake.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand complex systems and debug issues across application, networking, and infrastructure layers.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Working knowledge of C#.
- Experience with Windows-based systems.
- Experience developing low-latency, high-throughput, or performance-critical systems.
- Familiarity with market-data protocols, exchange connectivity, FIX, or trading APIs.
- Knowledge of profiling and performance-analysis tools.
- Familiarity with scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build/deployment processes.
- Exposure to distributed systems or real-time data processing.
