We are looking for a multi-skilled technology professional who can handle both UI/UX Design and PHP/Laravel Development. The candidate should be comfortable working across design and development responsibilities and converting business requirements into complete, user-friendly web and mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

- Design intuitive, modern and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Understand business and product requirements and convert them into user-centered design solutions.

- Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile devices while ensuring usability and accessibility.

- Maintain and improve design systems, reusable UI components and style guides.

- Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.

PHP & Laravel Development

- Develop and maintain scalable and secure web applications using PHP and Laravel.

- Design and maintain MySQL databases, including tables, relationships, queries and database structures.

- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

- Optimize application performance and database queries.

- Debug, troubleshoot and resolve application issues while writing clean, reusable and maintainable code.

- Participate in testing, deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement of applications.

- Stay updated with up-to-date UI/UX trends, PHP/Laravel technologies,



web development practices and security standards.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams and business stakeholders.

- Maintain proper documentation for designs, APIs, modules and technical processes.

Required Skills

Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap or similar UI frameworks and responsive web design. Basic knowledge of React.js will be an advantage.

Back-End: Strong hands-on experience with PHP and minimum 2 years of Laravel development experience. Strong knowledge of Laravel MVC architecture, REST API development and integration, MySQL and relational database concepts, authentication and authorization, database relationships and query optimization, JSON/API integration and Git/version control.

Experience & Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in web development and UI/UX.

- Ability to manage the complete development process from requirement understanding and UI/UX design to front-end development, PHP/Laravel backend development, API development, database connectivity, testing and delivery.

Good to Have

- Experience in healthcare, hospital, medical, CRM, SaaS or enterprise applications, including healthcare or patient-facing applications.

- Knowledge of API security and application security best practices.

- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab and third-party API/service integration.

- Basic knowledge of Linux/cPanel server environments.

- Knowledge of React.js or Flutter will be an added advantage.
