Role & responsibilities;
- Handle customer enquiries, orders and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and customer-related documents.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate customer data and CRM records.
- Follow up for payments and outstanding dues when required.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on enquiries, orders and customer activities.
