Fluent English is mandatory for this role.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers at all times.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly resolved.
