Job Description On-Lending
Role: Manager / Assistant Manager On-Lending
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer coordination and relationship throughout the lending lifecycle.
Source new on-lending opportunities and manage the business pipeline.
¢ Handle end-to-end le login, documentation, and case processing.
¢ Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and other internal teams.
¢ Manage deal structuring, pricing negotiation, and deal closure.
¢ Ensure timely collection and completion of disbursement documents.
¢ Monitor and close post-disbursement compliance requirements.
¢ Track business, disbursement, and pending cases and maintain MIS.
Candidate Prole:




¢ 28 years of experience in On-Lending / Institutional Lending / Wholesale Lending / NBFC /
Financial Services.
¢ Strong communication, customer management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
¢ Experience in sourcing, le processing, disbursement, and deal closure.
¢ Valuable understanding of lending documentation and compliance.
