* Handle OPD and IPD billing accurately and efficiently.

* Generate OPD consultation, investigation, procedure, pharmacy, and other service bills.

* Prepare and manage IPD admission, interim, and final discharge bills.

* Ensure accurate entry of all charges, including:

* Doctor consultations

* Room/bed charges

* Procedures and surgeries

* OT charges

* Laboratory and radiology investigations

* Pharmacy and consumables

* Verify patient details, deposits, advances, discounts, refunds, and outstanding amounts.

* Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and other departments for correct billing.

* Handle billing through the Hospital Information System (HIS).

* Assist with cash, insurance, TPA, corporate, and cashless billing processes.

* Resolve billing discrepancies and patient/attendant queries professionally.

* Ensure bills are completed accurately before patient discharge.

* Maintain daily billing records and reports.

* Follow hospital policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
