We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive / Accountant with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GST reconciliation, worker and vendor payments, Tally Prime, expense vouchers, and MIS reports.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
- Prepare and review GST reconciliations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate worker and vendor payments, including salary processing and benefits.
- Utilize Tally Prime software for bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Prepare expense vouchers and manage petty cash transactions.
- Generate weekly MIS reports to track business performance.

Job Requirements

- Proficient in Tally Prime software and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of GST regulations and compliance procedures.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and managing financial data.
