We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer who can drive end-to-end development of modern Web & Mobile Applications and lead a high-performing development team.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Lead end-to-end application development across business functions
• Own architecture, design, development, delivery & continuous improvement
• Lead, mentor and manage teams across Frontend, Backend & Mobile Development
• Drive adoption of modern full-stack technologies and best practices
• Strong experience in Web & Mobile Application Development
- Technical Expertise:

Frontend: React, Angular or similar
Mobile: React Native (preferred) / Flutter / Native Development
Backend: Java, Spring Boot, Node.js
APIs: REST, GraphQL
Databases: SQL & NoSQL
Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes – Positive to Have
