Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer delivery, fulfilment, KYC, onboarding & activation.
- Conduct product demos for Niyo Global Forex Cards.
- Explain and cross-sell Travel Insurance, E-SIM, Forex Cash and other products.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent service experience.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any stream.
- 03 years of experience in customer-facing sales/service roles.
- Excellent communication in English
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to interact with HNI customers.
- Financial product sales/service experience will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
