URGENT HIRING STEEL ERECTORS | IRELAND

Salary: €37,000 – €45,000 per year

Experience: 2–4 years

Location: Ireland

Main Duties

Erect structural steel frames, including columns, beams, rafters, bracing and secondary steelwork

Safely guide and position steel sections during crane lifting

Bolt, tighten and align structural steel connections

Read and work from engineering/erection drawings

Use hand and power tools such as podgers, impact guns, grinders and drills

Work safely at height using appropriate fall-protection equipment

Operate MEWPs, including cherry pickers and scissor lifts

Install metal decking, handrails, edge protection and safety systems

Assist with slinging and lifting operations





Coordinate closely with crane operators and slingers/signallers

Skills & Experience

Ideal candidates should have:

Previous structural steel erection experience

Ability to read engineering/erection drawings

Experience with bolting and steel alignment

Working-at-height experience

Good understanding of lifting operations

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Reliability and strong site health & safety awareness

Practical Qualifications

CSR | IPAF 3a/3b | Slinger/Signaller | PASMA | Working at Height | Manual Handling | Welding qualifications where applicable
