Position Overview

The Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, support and management of the IT Infrastructure including Servers, Cloud, Networking, Security, Monitoring, Storage and Endpoint Management.

Primary Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership through analysis, design, implementation and support of IT infrastructure.
- Manage Windows Servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, routers, switches, firewalls, SAN/NAS and endpoint devices.
- Deploy and manage Group Policies, identity and access management, device compliance and endpoint security.
- Implement best practices for cloud, security, backup and disaster recovery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, networking and system issues.
- Monitor systems, applications and networks to ensure optimal performance.




- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders and maintain technical documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of IT infrastructure experience and 3+ years as Systems Engineer.
