We are hiring experienced professionals for the US Banking / Mortgage/ Insurance Voice Process. Candidates should possess strong communication and comprehension skills, along with relevant experience in the banking or mortgage domain.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, Insurance related financial services.
- Candidates with domestic mortgage experience will also be considered.
- Good understanding of the US Mortgage process and terminology.
- Excellent verbal communication skills (B1B5 level proficiency preferred).
- Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift setting.
- Comfortable working with rotational weekly offs (split offs may be applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in any international banking domain with exposure to mortgage processes.
- Customer service or voice process experience in the BFSI sector.
- Ability to handle customer interactions effectively and maintain service quality standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual CTC: 7-9 Lakhs per annum.
