- Understand and correctly position technologies, equipment, systems, regulatory requirements, and project responsibilities.
- Convert candidate project experience into clear, technical, achievement-oriented resume bullets.
- Perform JD-to-resume gap analysis and identify relevant experience that should be emphasized.
- Optimize resumes for ATS keyword matching while maintaining readability.




- Maintain factual accuracy and ensure no unsupported experience is added.
- Coordinate with recruiters and candidates to collect missing technical information.

- Required Skills

2+ years of professional resume-writing experience, preferably supporting US staffing/recruitment.
- Robust written English and excellent grammar.

- Ability to understand complex technical job descriptions.
- Strong knowledge of ATS resume optimization.
- Ability to research unfamiliar technical terminology quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple resumes and priorities within deadlines.
