Hiring for customer-focused professionals to join our US Healthcare Voice & Blended Process. The selected candidates will handle calls from US healthcare customers, patients, providers, insurance representatives, or other stakeholders and provide accurate information and support.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle calls for US healthcare-related processes.
- Communicate professionally with US customers, patients, healthcare providers, or insurance representatives.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or appropriate resolutions.
- Verify and update customer/patient information as per process requirements.
- Explain healthcare-related processes, perks, eligibility, claims, appointments, billing, or other assigned services.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information and follow applicable data-privacy requirements.




- Participate in training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate Freshers can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable communicating with US customers over the phone.
- Good listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.
- Willingness to work in US/night shifts.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills may also be considered.
