Hiring Tele caller / Customer Care Executive / Team Lead

Education : Any Diploma / Degree
Experince : 1-5 years
Role & Responsibilities :
- Contacting prospects from a given database to pitch products, services,
- Answering incoming customer calls promptly to resolve doubts, explain product features, and capture lead information .
- Using the companys standard pitch template while keeping the conversation natural, engaging, and customer-centric .
- Spotting opportunities, Selling products, add-on services.
Preferred candidate profile
Min 1 years Experience - inbound and outbound from call center or Bpo background preferred
