Key Responsibilities

- Manage the college’s day-to-day social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
- Create, edit, and publish Reels, short-form videos, stories, posts, carousels, and other social media content.
- Capture photos and videos of campus activities, events, seminars, workshops, student achievements, festivals, and other important occasions.
- Develop creative content showcasing campus life, student activities, faculty achievements, placements, admissions, events, and institutional initiatives.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, hooks, and appropriate hashtags.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, departments, and event teams to collect relevant content and information.
- Ensure timely posting and maintain consistency in the college’s social media communication.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement and coordinate responses when required.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports covering reach, engagement, followers, views, and content performance.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for promotional campaigns and admission-related content.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing,



or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience in Reels and short-form video creation.
- Basic proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Good photography/videography skills will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in office and cover college events as required.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet tight deadlines.
